The foot warmers are a pair of purpose design pads. They are ideal to massage sour feet after a long day. They can be effective for poor blood circulation condition. The tiny salt crystals moving against the foot can " pump" up the blood circulation and massaging away pain. The product is one size and adjustable by Velcro.
The foot warmer stay hot for approximately 2 hours and once moulded to the shape of your feet you can walk around the house with them on.
Usage for hot compress:
1) To active:
Flex the metal disc inside the pad back and forth to start the reaction. The liquid will be getting crystallize .When the crystallization completed, squeeze the heat pad to make it soft and ready to use.
2) To recharge :
Place the heat pad in boiling water with cloth below for about 5 minutes until all the crystals disappear, then recharge it.
Usage for cold compress:
Placed the heat cold pad in the refrigerator(not freezer),don’t flex the metal disc; take it out after 20-30 minutes, as cold pad.
