As feed liquid is evaporated in the shape of film, steam and liquid are already separated in heating pipes. At the same time most feed liquid is pumped out at the bottom of the shell. Only a little feed liquid with all secondary steam come into the separator to be forcefully separated. Feed liquid has not formed tremendous impact. So the formation of foams is avoided.

Law materials are preheated in advance, and then come into a sterilizer with the temperature of more than 94. After being kept in the sterilizer for 24 seconds, law materials come into the first shell and the flash evaporation occurs instantaneously and the temperature drops instantly.
