My sixth Boswellia resin and now I admit I am struggling to find new adjectives to describe a scent that is once more chiefly a churchy, citrus and astringent affair! Full of the lemony fresh qualities throughout and tinged perhaps in this instance with some old wood character. Another very nice resin for burning** and all the resin pieces are very tough and brittle with the colours varying from yellowy gum brown to grey black. Best to grind this down to powder in your mortar prior to burning for best results.”
