Dimitrios here from Greece. All you who have already watched "My Big Fat Greek Wedding", may think we're crazy. Well here's a crazy Greek recipe for Iced Instant Coffee! (you've heard it right : Ice Coffee).

- Grab a cocktail shaker.

- Open an  Organogold sacchet of Black Gourmet Coffee  (3.5 gr) and add it in the shaker.

- Add 1 tea spoonfull of sugar (or more for more sweetness)

- Add water (10-15 ml) depending on the sugar you've added. Just to double cover the ingredients. 

- Close the shaker firmly and shake very well for about 90 sec. 

- Open the shaker carefully and pour the mix into a tall glass. 

- Add 2-3 ice cubes

- Add cold water

- Served with a straw!

That's it.
