Born in 1818, the Company is a diary industry which produces mainly Buffalo Mozzarella DOP as well as fresh and frozen products from both buffalo and cow milk.
The history of firm begins in the XIX century when the founder rented a dairy in order to exploit his personal experience learned, since he was 15, in several workshops in Naples.
The productive structure is technologically advanced and takes up an area of 400 mq, suitable to guarantee a vast range of products.
