INGREDIENTS: Salt,,Red Chili, Roasted Cumin Powder, Black Pepper, Cardamom,
Cinnamon, Mace, Dried Ginger 3%, Dried Garlic 3%, Black Cardamom, Papaya Powder,
Nutmeg, Fennel & Citric Acid
nosh Fried Chops/Pasandey Masala:
. Chops/Fillets (Beat to flatten the meat)…...……2 Kg
. Cooking oil/Ghee …………………………………1 cup (175 ml)
. nosh Fried Chops/Pasandey Masala……………1 Packet only
Marinate the Chops/Fillets with nosh Fried Chops/Pasandy Masala
and set it aside for 2-3 hours.
Heat the Cooking oil/Ghee and stir fry for few minutes. Then cover
tightly and cook on low flame for further 10-15 minutes.
(Note: avoid overcooking)
Tips: Sprinkle with nosh Lemon juice. Serve with nosh BBQ Sauce
and nosh Green Chilli Chutney.
