1. What is your MOQ?
For Tilapia, Tilapia fillet, Yellow croaker, Golden pompano, Frog leg, Squid, Crab meat:
1x 20'FCL, load about 10-13.5 tons.(Frog leg,8 tons) , now almost only do 40ft, loading about 16000kgs.
For Pacific mackerel,horse mackerel,Round scad,sardine,catfish,red pomfret,etc:
1x 40'FCL, load about 23-28 tons.(Frog leg 15tons up)
2. What is your delivery time?
Sea caught fish: Around 10-15 days after receiving deposit or L/C.
Farm raised fish :Around 15-30 days after receiving deposit or L/C.
3. What is your payment Terms?
1). TT 30% deposit, balance payment against the copy of shipping docs sent by email.
2). LC from America and EU countries and acceptable to us
4. How many tons/kilograms/cartons per container?
Based on 10kg/ctn:
40'FCL: 23-27 tons/ 23000-27000kgs/ 2300-2700ctns.
20'FCL: 10-13 tons/ 10000-13000kgs/ 1000-1300ctns.
5. Do you make inspection before shipment?
Yes, we have our QC team doing inspection among production and while loading.(fish quality,fish weight,fish pcs,carton weight.etc if you requested) SGS,BV Inspection will as customers' requested.
6. Does the price include the shipping cost?
Yes,sea freight included.We calculated the CFR/CIFprice based on the amount we may load.Please advise us the quantity before we make a quotation.
7. When will I receive my seafood?
Please put delivery time and transit time together.
8. What if you are sold out of the product I order?
While we will do our best to ensure that the items we have up will be in stock, there is always the chance of us running out of a certain product. Should this occur, we will contact you via email to see how to best proceed. If you can accept some delayed, we will ship as soon as the product is available.
9 .How long does the seafood keep in our storage?
Frozen fish would have 1-2 years shelf life under -18 degree.Please keep the fish frozen strictly under -18 degree.We will reponsible for the expense and risks of frozen fish's quality up to the fish arrive at your destination/discharge port.
10. What if my order is incorrect?
If you receive the wrong order, something is missing, or if you are not satisfied with the quality send us an email so we can make things right for you.
