Introduction
Fried potato chips are a kind of snack nowadays in the world. It is known as chips in American, Australian, Southern New Zealand, Canadian, Singapore, South African, Hawaiian English, Indian English and Jamaican English as well as most European languages; crisps in British and Irish English; chippies in Northern New Zealand.
It is thin slice of potato that is deep fried, and commonly served as an appetizer, side dish, or snack. The basic chips are cooked and salted; additional varieties are manufactured using various flavorings.

Main Function of Each Machine
--- Washing & peeling machine : it can do the cleaning and peeling process at one time.
--- Cutting machine : it can cut the clean and peeled potatoes into slice or stick shape. The size and thickness can be adjusted.
--- Blanching machine : do the rinse and restrain enzyme activity, protect the color & flavor of potato chips.
--- Dehydrator machine : it adopts centrifugal force to remove the surface water of potato chips. And it can save much time of frying, improve the taste.
--- Frying machine : it fries the potato chips with the exact temperature of oil, and makes potato chips high quality and taste. This machine is the most advanced one, which adopts oil and water mixing. The oil in the above layer to fry potato chips, and the residue will be precipitated in the following water. So it extends the using time of oil. After working, the water will be run away along with the residue.
--- Deoiling machine : it also adopt centrifugal force to remove oil of fried potato chips, so it overcomes the disadvantage of high oleaginousness.
--- Flavoring machine : make the potato chips in the roller, and use the spray to add the seasoning, not easy to break, but it can make the potato chips delicious.
--- Vacuum packing machine : when packing, put into the nitrogen, which can avoid breaking the potato chips and extend its quality guarantee period. And it can do the aeration, package and print date at one time.

Packing ways of french fries production line
All the machines are wrapped in plastic bags firstly before being convolved with straw rope. Then they will be put in a strong wooden case, lined with metal wire if necessary.
