Fruit Juices are made from fruit pulp. Artificial sugar may or may not be added to the juice extracted. The sugar syrup is prepared first in Jacketed mixing tank and then it is mixed with fruit pulp, water along with other ingredients like flavor, color, preservatives etc. in the other mixing tank. This mixture is pasteurized to remove any microbial growth from it and later on homogenized to prepare a uniform blend of juice. Uniformly blended juice is then packed in Bottles.

To prepare and store sugar syrup to be added to the fruit pulp

To store the Fruit pulp extracted from the fruit
LK- 301 : Filter Press
To remove impurities from sugar syrup
LZ- 102 : Mixing Tank
To mix the sugar syrup and fruit pulp for pasteurization
LK- 311 : Pasteurizer
To pasteurize (heat up to a very high temperature and then rapidly cooling down) the sugar syrup and fruit pulp mixture to remove any microbiological growth from it
LK-321 : Homogenizer
To mix the pasteurized mixture of sugar syrup and fruit pulp and give it a uniform blend
LZ- 101 : Storage Tank
To store the uniformly blended final juice before packing
