Explanation:
n - number of samples taken for testing,

6. PACKAGING
6.1 Type of packaging unit
Packaging unit milk powder consists of a paper bag with inner PE polyethylene lining or BIG-BAG container bags meeting the requirements specified in the PACKAGE SPECIFICATION SO-7, approved for contact with food under Regulation (EC) No. 1935/2004 of the European Parliament and Council of 27 October 2004 on materials and articles intended to come into contact with food (as amended)
6.1.1 Labeling of unit packages – bags
Unit package must contain information in line with the Regulations of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development:
a ) dated 10 July 2007 on labeling of foodstuffs (Official Journal of 31 July 2007. No. 137, item. 966 with subsequent amendments)
b ) dated 25 July 2007 on nutritional labeling (Official Journal of 31 July 2007. No. 137, item. 967 with
subsequent amendments)
and allowing for product identification, i.e.:
- name: FULL CREAM MILK POWDER
- date of minimum durability (day, month, year) preceded by the phrase: "Best before" (expiry date 6 months from the date of manufactured, durability was determined based on the results of research carried out in the storage maximum permissible storage temperature 20 0 C)
- production date in code ( subsequent day of the year)
- t he content of nutrients in 100 ml understood as the average value calculated on the basis of literature data ( amount of protein, carbohydrates, fat ), expressed in g and the energy value of 100 ml of the product expressed in kJ / kcal , thus:

7. WAREHOUSE STORAGE
7.1 Storage
Pallets of bagged milk powder (a formed pallet load contains 8 layers of 5 bags each) arranged in stacks of two pallets. Pallets are separated with spacers preventing the product from damage. Stacked pallets are set up in rows, so that each row corresponds to a separate batch. For BIG – BAGs store individually without stacking. Distance away from the wall and the distance between the rows of stacked pallets are to be preserved to facilitate air circulation and cleaning.
7.2 Storage conditions
At a temperature not higher than 20 0 C, relative humidity <75%, so as to prevent contamination, damage and deterioration of product quality.
8. TRANSPORT CONDITIONS
Transport conditions are to be dry, clean and free of foreign odors. Means of transport are to protect against pollution, damage and adverse weather conditions. The cargo must be protected from damage. Temperature of transport must comply with the product storage temperature.
9. TESTS
The scope and frequency of tests are implemented in accordance with regulations of Control and Test Plan and Schedule of Tests Performed by External Facilities.
10. INTENTION FOR USE
Milk powder is intended for all age groups except infants and persons allergic to milk protein and lactose intolerant.
11. DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Milk powder is used for production of ice cream, yogurt, chocolate, cakes, etc. at the discretion of the customer.
