Application of the product
Full Cream Milk Powder, also known as Whole Milk Powder, is the soluble powder made by spraying fresh pasteurized cow’s milk. It has good solubility, good flow process and rich creamy flavor. Whole Milk Powder is suitable in wide range of application including dairy products, bakery and confectionery products, dry blends, nutritional supplements and snack foods. Moreover, we offer instant whole milk powder which has excellent solubility in cold beverage with larger grain size.
Full cream milk powder is suitable as a substitute of liquid milk and cream. It can be used in preparation of dry mixes, confectionery products, bakery products, athletic foods, infant formulas and animal food.
