Gamma Oryzanol is a natural nutrient extract isolated from rice bran oil. It is a group of compounds consisting of a mixture of ferulic acid esters with plant sterol or triterpene alcohol.
Its main components are: 24-methylenecycloartanyl ferulate,cycloartenyl ferulate, and campesteryl ferulate, which make up about 80% of the γ-Oryzanol.
