The garlic season starts on the first days of October. The garlic is harvested and delivered to the producer companies in charged, basically of: cutting, pelling, clasiffy and package for its comercialization.

 

This is the presentation of the differents varieties that we work with:

White

Red

Chinese or Purple

In turn these presents in the sizes:

Sizes:

• Nº 3 - from 26 to 35 mm
• Nº 4 - from 36 to 45 mm
• Nº 5 - from 46 to 55 mm
• Nº 6 - from 56 to 65 mm
• Nº 7 - from 66 to 75 mm

We use differents kinds of packages in agreement on what the client needs and if its for Exportation or Internal Marcket.
