Garlic
Allium sativum, garlic, is a species of plant traditionally classified within the Liliaceae family but which is currently located in the Amaryllidaceae family.
Currently it is harvested in the Pedregal and Majes valleys and in the Tambo valley in Arequipa we can find Chino Blanco, Chino Morado, Napuri Mejorado and Ajo Mexicano garlic.
Likewise, in the North we have the Valley of Barranca, Huacho and Huaral in these areas we also find White Chinese Garlic, Barranquino Garlic and Improved Garlic with excellent teeth and they are all destined for export.
