The recipes we use are those which were used once upon a time to prepare home-made jams, nowadays produced using modern techniques and respecting strict hygienic practices.
The extra jams and marmalades of the "Il Canto" line are produced in Umbria, the green heart of Italy, on the slopes of the Sibillini mountains, and imported to the USA for your eating enjoyment.
