Product Information
"Tai-meshi" is one of the Japanese dishes made by cooking a whole sea bream in rice. Sea bream is a lucky fish in Japan. This product comes with a set of small sea bream and soup stock pack, so you can easily make "Tai-meshi" for 2 to 4 servings.
Furthermore, it comes with a dashi pack for pouring Japanese soup stock over "Taimeshi" to eat.
Why choose our dashi? 1) Easy-to-Use 2) Convenient 3) Genuine 4) Safe
1) You only have to add the dashi pack and small bream in the rice and cook it to make a delicious "Tai-meshi", so you do not have to worry about seasoning. 2) The attached sea bream is cooked under pressure, so the bones are soft and you can eat it whole. Furthermore, it comes with a dashi pack for pouring Japanese soup stock over "Taimeshi" to eat.
3) The attached small sea bream is a natural product.
Katsuobushi, the raw material for Japanese soup stock, is made from bonito fish that is boiled, smoked, dried and aged. Other companies use fish which is steamed, softened, and then ground. As a result, the taste and flavor of the katsuobushi is greatly impaired. Dashi-gura’s products are designed not to be softened at all, but rather cut directly from the fish, taking more time and resulting in a higher quality Japanese soup stock. By further roasting at low temperature for about 3 hours, the rich flavor is completely trapped within the katsuobushi. 4) Use our product with confidence because it is made without MSGs or preservatives.
Cooking method
The big dashi pack without tags is for cooking rice. Dashi pack with tag is for pouring soup stock over boiled rice.

Prepare 300 g (2 go) of White rice and 400 ml of water. 2.Put the rice and water in a pot after you wash the rice. 3.Leave it at least 30 minutes to let the rice soak up the water. 4.
