The raw materials are the fine fresh gingers selected from the Funiu Mount Nature Reserve that are cleaned ,sliced up and dried into ginger slices. The content of volatile oil is over 0.6%.
[Production Technology]
Dried ginger slices are crushed under low temperature, extracted by supercritical CO2 extraction technology, and dehydrated by molecule distilling.
