The β- Glucanase L is gained from the metabolism of Trichoderma.reesei .. It is endo-1,3:1,4-bera-glucanase and can hydrolyze β-glucan into oligosaccharide and glucose.

One activity of (u/ml) of β-glucanase is defined as that quantity of enzyme that can liberate 1μg glucose in one minute at pH of 5.0, at the temperature of 50°C.
Application
The β- Glucanase L can be used for brewing, fruit juice production and wine production, as well as the industrial processing which needs the digestion of plant material.

Storage
Store in cool dry place and avoid direct to sunlight .Under this condition, loss of enzyme activity will be less than 3% in six months. It can be longly preserved at temperature of 5°C.
