Glycerol Ester of Gum Rosin 85
A pale thermoplastic resin made of gum rosin and glycerol/glycerine. It is perfectly soluble in various types of polymers. It exhibits excellent adhesiveness, as a result of which it is widely used to manufacture various adhesives, and proimarily as a tackifier in hot melt adhesives (HMA). It has a little odor and is light in color.

Applications:
1. Can be used with polymers such as EVA, SBS & SIS to make industrial grade hot melt adhesive, acrylic based adhesives and coatings etc.
2. Solvent based adhesives with SBR rubber, natural rubber and acrylic.
3. It can be polymerized with vegetable oils in the manufacture of phenolic paint.
4. Can be used as tackifier and binder for road marking paints.
