Freeze-dry full Wolfberry powder is manufactured by freeze-dry sublimation technology, so that the original nutrient and color are well kept. In analyses, no residue of organ phosphorus chemical and DDT was traced. The product is characterized by <6% of water content, 80 mesh in fineness,>45% of total sugar,>12% of protein,>6% of crude fat and >3% of wolfberry polysaccharide. It contains 20 amino acids (including 8 necessary amino acids), and more than 30 macro and micro elements as well as bioactive substances such as flavonoid, sterols, saponins and so on .
With this technology of manufacture, the problems of damping, caking and exceeding agro-chemical residues in ordinary full wolfberry powder are solved. This product which produced by us is in form of orange-yellow powder.
