Alcohol: 12,5 % by vol

Vinification:    Obtained from short pellicular maceration fermenting at a low temperature so as to preserve all its aroma. 

How to drink:   Recommended drinking temperature:

8-10ºC. Good accompaniment to all grilled or oven baked fish dishes and boiled or grilled sea food and salads. It may also be served as an aperitif owing to its aromatic nature

Tasting note:   With a citrine yellow color and a fruity profile, which is very intense with notes of Tropical Fruits and green apples combined with the fresh taste and a well-structured acidity bestow upon it a very characteristic identity.
