Vinification: Obtained from short pellicular maceration (8 to 12 hours) fermenting at a low temperature so as to preserve all its aroma.

Tasting note: Citrus yellow, an intense floral aroma with a f ew notes of Orange blossom and rose petals, a fresh and w ell structured palate.
