"Noord Hollander" Gouda - Aged for a minimum of 3 years this is an excellent aged Gouda made from the highest quality milk in Holland. During the aging process we allow the body to develop a muted caramel color and create a caramel-like sweetness and nutty quality. Very rich and firm from long and carefulaging, it can be grated and used like a Parmesan in many recipes.
