Main Principle

When the weight of material is almost up to the value set before, it stops feeding quickly and keeps feeding slowly; When the weight of material reach the set value, the weighing control system closes the discharging door, complete the dynamic weighing process; The system detects if clamping device is in a predetermined state, when the packaging bag is clamped, the system sends out control signals to open the weighing hopper discharge door, the material filled into the bag, after the material released, weighing hopper discharge door shut down automatically; The clamping device is released after the bag is filled, the bag is transported to the next station. So move in circles to run automatically.
