Our Superior  Extra Virgin Olive Oil ( SEVOO ), with very special chemical characteristics and excellent effects on the human organism, proved by those characteristics and by the fact that our SEVOO is MONO-VARIETAL and none BLENDED from different varieties. you have to know that the mix of chemically refined Olive Oil  with pure natural Olive Oil   is organolepticaly and tasty katastrofical.  

 

The organoleptic evaluation of the SEVOO  by 10 tasters (for olfaction and taste) revealed distinctive and balanced fruity, bitter  and spicy flavors harmoniously perceived.

 

 Our Superior Extra Virgin Olive oil has very low acidi ty (0.1-0.3%)

high ercentages of phenols and organoleptically balanced attributes.
