1) “Schinambelos” white sweet flavored wine 250ml 11% vol
From mountain vineyards yield low area in northern Chios (ancient region of Ariousias famous for their wines), where we cultivate the local varieties Asyrtiko and Athiri, we produce this white flavored dessert wine, by traditionally mature of grapes in order to condense the flavor and the sugars and adding mastic during fermentation. The extraction of the natural resin of the mastic during fermentation completes the flavor profile of wine produced fruit with a distinctive smell. Served as an aperitif at 16-18 C.
2) “Evodiastos” white dry wine 750ml & 187,5ml 12%
From mountainous vineyards of northern Chios (ancient region of Ariousia famous for their wines), we produce by local varieties Asyrtiko and Athiri, a rich flower and fruity aromas wine. Lively flavor with balanced acidity and long aftertaste. Bright golden color with golden hues. Served at 8-10 C and accompanies seafood, Poultry and fish.
3) “Theikos” red dry wine 750ml & 187,5ml 12% vol
From mountainous vineyards of northern Chios (ancient region of Ariousias famous for their wines), we produce by local varieties Agianitiko, Fokiano and Mandilaria, this red wine with deep red color and purple hues. It is dense youthful nose with fruit, candy milk dominates over the flowering jasmine and hints of sweet spices. The mouth is dominated by rich alcohol and tannins keep their aggression even in the aftertaste. Served at 16-18 C and accompanies hunting, red meat and spicy cheese.
4) “Melanitis” red semi-sweet wine 750ml & 187,5ml 12% vol
From mountain vineyards yield low area in northern Chios (ancient region of Ariousias famous for their wines), where we cultivate the local varieties Agianitiko, Fokiano and Mandilaria, we produce this red dessert wine, traditionally maturing grapes for two weeks in order to condense the flavor and the sugars. Dominate flavor notes of honey and DRIED FRUIT in the mouth and the rich flavor of rounds with soft tannins. Serve at 16-18 C.
