somewhat easy to clean. I've never owned a franchise fried chicken machine before, but I have to say that cleaning isn't a night mare. All of the parts come out relatively easy and everything wipes down great. The glass is a bit tricky to wipe, but all of the stainless steel washes clean with soap and water.
. It looks great! The new fashioned look is really nice and definitely attracts attention. It's made out of quality materials and is pretty and heavy.
