The satay and Peanut sauce are packed seperated in individual plastic bags which may either be heat and/or vacuum sealed before both are packed into plastic, microwaveable containers and taped for final sealing. They are then packed into styrofoam boxes and kept cool with dry ice. On arrival, they must be stored in freezers or chillers.
