•nosh Haleem Masala Recipe:
 
Beef/Chicken (Boneless in 6 pieces)...........   750 gm
Wheat............................................................ 1-1 1/2 cup
Barley............................................................  4 tablespoons
Gram Lentil.................................................... 4 tablespoons
Yellow Lentil................................................... 3 tablespoons
Split Green Lentil........................................... 3 tablespoons
White Lentil.................................................... 3 tablespoons
Onions (medium-sized & finely chopped).....  3-4 nos.
nosh Garlic paste.......................................... 1 tablespoon
nosh Ginger paste......................................... 1 tablespoon
Cooking oil/Ghee........................................... 1 cup or 250 ml
nosh Haleem Masala Mix.............................. 1 Packet
 
 
 
Cooking Methods:
    Soak Wheat, Barley and Lentils for 6-8 hours. Drain water and put on stove & add 
    12-15 cups of Water & bring it to boil. Then cook on low flame till it is tender. Grind 
    the Grain in a blender.
 
    Fry the Onions to golden in the Cooking oil/Ghee. Now take out and put aside 
    half of fried Onions and half of Cooking oil/Ghee. Then add nosh Garlic paste, nosh 
    Ginger paste, Meat & nosh Haleem Masala Mix and fry for 5-10 minutes.
 
    Pour 7-8 cups of Water and cook on low flame for 60-90 minutes or till Meat is tender. 
    Take out & grind the cooked meat in a blender. Add blended Grains to it and cook further 
    for another 15 minutes on low flame.
 
Tips: Garnish with nosh Full Fried Onions, finely chopped Ginger, chopped Coridander 
          Leaves & chopped Green Chilies. Sprinkle nosh Chat Masala & nosh Lemon Juice.
