NATURAL HAZELNUT KERNELS:Natural kernel with brown skin attached
BLANCHED HAZELNUT KERNELS: Natural hazelnut kernel is processed with heat, so the skin is peeled, and the hazelnut kernel takes it blanched form with 5% skin and 4-5% of the desired humidity level.
ROASTED HAZELNUT KERNELS:Natural hazelnut kernel is processed with heat, so the skin is peeled, and the hazelnut kernel takes it roasted form with 5% skin and 0.8-3% of the desired humidity level.
NATURAL DICED HAZELNUT: Produced by cutting/crushing the natural hazelnut kernels into smaller pieces, 4-6%the desired humidity level.
ROASTED DICED HAZELNUT: Produced by cutting/crushing the natural hazelnut kernels into smaller pieces with 0.8-3% the desired humidity level and 5-30% skin.
BLANCHED DICED HAZELNUT:
Produced by cutting/crushing the Blanched hazelnut kernels into smaller pieces with 5-10% desired attached skin and 4-5% the desired humidity level.
