Konjac gum, also termed as Konjac glucomannan or Konnyaku (in japan) is a kind of dietary fiber which is based on konjac flour obtained from the tuber of Amorphophallus konjac by means of drying and milling. Through further extraction and drying process of konjac flour , konjac glucomannan can be obtained.

Cooking directions of Qianqianweiwei: 1-2 times daily before each meal(or replace meal).
A) Pour 150 ml 60°C boiled water into the bowl;
B) Add a bag of this product and briskly stir for 1 minute at same time.
C) Wait for 2-3minutes then enjoy, also you can mix it with proper amount of additives, eg. sugar, honey, fruit slice, juice, milk, or Ginger if you like.
