Shimen Silver Peak 
Shimen Silver Peak creat in 1988,nowdays annual output is around 50ton.The fresh tea material come from 500~1000m elevation of The Mist Mountian,which located in the east of Wuling mountains,Xie water river banks,Northwest of shimen.there is no pollution on air,land , water around tea garden.tea leaves of Shimen Silver Peak are uniform fine and straight,the color of the tea boiled water is as green as jade, and its lasting smell is delicate and fresh. the second drinking is dense, the third and forth drinking is still delicate fragrance.

 

Picking and production process

 

1 Tedding fresh leaves: fresh tea leaves should be tedded in clean and ventilative room about 4-10hours, and thickness can not be above 3 cm.

 

2 Removing green :boiler temperature 140℃,putting 500g leaves,stir-fring by two hands.

 

3 clearing temperature: putting removing green leaves into dustpan, and bump 10 times.

 

4 Frying billet:boiler temperature 85℃,stir-fring by two hands.

 

5 Tidying tea strip with hand

 

6 Cool sharing

 

7 Tea trimming and tipping:boiler temperature 50℃.

 

8 Baking : 75℃ temperature with charcoal fire.

 

9 Sealing storage and packing.
