The ESTES-EST-P series product is an advanced leak testing system for empty aerosol cans. An infeed star wheel leads the empty aerosol can onto the machien. Then the aerosol can go into the tester chamber. In the aerosol can, a pressure of up to 8-12bar is created. Any leakage of the can even micro leakage will cause a pressure difference in the tester chamber. This pressure difference will be detected by a high accuracy pressure transmitter and measuring system. The system will give a signal to let the leakage can be blowed out when it pass the exit.
It is a best replacement product for the water bath tester.
