2.The appliable wood diameter 1-40cm,and final powder should be with size 3-5mm directly used for pelletizing or briquetting.

Warranty time: one year for main machine, except for easy weared parts.

2. The guarantee period for the product: All the spare parts will have 2 month guarantee.
Within guarantee period, if there are any problems caused by quality of manufacture,
you can contact us to deal with your problems with the receipt. After 2-month guarantee period, we will charge for providing you any spare parts.
3. Training in the factory is provided freely, excluding all the expenses for overseas customers.
4. Excluding for guarantee scope: providing frequently exchanged components, and any accidents,
incorrect use or any product failures caused by face-lifting or repairs caused by the non-authorized person.
