Konjac Powder

       The main ingredient of Konjac Powder is Konjac Glucomannan (KGM), obtained from the tuber of Konjac plant which belongs to the family of the Araceae.  As a kind of dietary fiber, konjac powder has very low energy, it contributes no calorie to the metabolism.


         Storage and packaging:

        *Store conditions: keep in dry, cool place, under 25°C, 65% relative humidity, it can be stored for one year without change of the quality.

        *Packaging: packed in HDPE laminated Kraft paper bag with a loose plastic bag insides of 20kg or 25kg net each.

Processing Procedures:

Using konjac fine flour as raw material, to remove impurities like starch, pigment and alkaloid with the purification of food grade alcohol. Besides, the processing procedure adopts modern and advanced techniques, without using any chemical additives, thus to get the high-purity konjac gum, meanwhile, it can ensure the quality and purity of the product. Glucomannan (dry basis) contents account for 80%-95% in the product.

 

Uses: 

Raw material of konjac rice, konjac noodles, konjac vermicelli, konjac rice cakes, kongjac tofu and konjac bionic vegetarian food and other Se-enriched gelled-food; molded articles, pharmaceuticals, chemical industry and knitting, etc.
