The soup base has an extract of pork and chicken bones. It is a mild and tasty salt based ramen soup, with added ginger and dried sardine as a secret ingredient.

 

How to use:

√  Sipmly dilute with hot water.

√  It is a convenient pouch type.

 

1. Pour Honjikomi Salt sauce ramen soup into a ramen bowl.

2. Pour 300ml of hot water into the bowl.

3. Cook some noodles drain them then, place into the bowl.

4. Serve with BBQ pork, menma,  seaweed, beansprouts  and spring onions as toppings.
