PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

This product suspends grain in the midair using 210~320?? hot blast and maintains constant temperature in roasting ingredients within 30 seconds. This allows production of high quality product with excellent puffing, consistency in quality and color. It is the most appropriate system in increasing the level of puffing in grain processing.

CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PRODUCT

1. Excellence in the level of puffing.
It achieves excellent level of puffing because ingredients are subjected to high temperature hot blast for a short period of time. Degree of puffing can be controlled by processing time, temperature and moisture content setting. Wide variety of products can be manufactured in accordance with the system operation since the apparatus responds quite readily to the set temperature.

This hot blast roaster has variety of systems including vertical continuous driving format, horizontal continuous driving format and continuous batch format, so that selection of system can be made in accordance with the characteristics of ingredients, capacity and availability of installation area.

4. Implementation of Remote Control through MMI simulation
Through implementation of remote control system all procedures in the production can be controlled through a computer in the office.
Application of touch-panel enables convenience of program operation and increases accuracy of works through data input/output management.

5. Totally automated system
Feeding, roasting and outputting processes are automatically operated. Consistency in quality is maintained through establishment of rated feeding system at the feeding portion of the roaster.

6. Increases efficiency of heat through reusing of heat.
This apparatus, in order to increase efficiency of heat, recycles used heat for reuse. Minute dusts are collected by the dust collector, enabling production of sanitary products only.

7. System stability is achieved
Key compartments of this apparatus is mutually linked up with each other to monitor control. In the event of sensing of erroneous signals in the system, alarm and message output enables establishment of stability.
