  Hot selling purified beeswax 

 

 

Brief Introduction 
Beeswax is obtained from the honeycombs of bees after the honey has been removed by draining or centrifuging. 

The combs are melted with hot water, steam or solar heat; The melted product is filtered and cast into cakes of yellow beeswax . 

Two types of beeswax: 

 

1. Beeswax Grade A  ( Crude beeswax, beeswax in slabs, beeswax pellets)

 

Acid Value: 17-24 (MG KOH/g)

Saponification Value: 85-100 (mg KOH/g)

Hydrocarbon: 16-18%

 

2 . Beeswax Grade B  (Crude beeswax, beeswax in slabs, beeswax pellets)

 

Acid Value: 13-15 (mg KOH/g)

Saponification Value: 60-75 (mg KOH/g)

Hydrocarbon: 25-35%

  3.Application of pure beeswax:

 

(a)  the raw materials for  cosmetics ,such as  ointment, cream, lipstick,pomade,eyebrow pencil,eye shadow,rough lotion making etc. due to its excellent adhesiveness,permeability,emulsification state and smoothness.

 

(b) manufacturing  candles,a lot of use of all types of beeswax candles.

 

(c)  the medical application,for example,ointment,gel,paste wax,which pill clothing and medicine must use  beeswax.

 

(d) gum,crayon,ink also use wax as adhesive.

 

(e) chewing beeswax with honey clears nasopharynx is unchangeable means for treatment of antritis and asthma.

 

(f)  Beeswax is not digested by organism and reformed into soft elastic lubricant and effects benevolently on intestine.

 

Processing:     Pure crude cappings beeswax is gently melted over clean untreated bore water to remove any traces of honey and is then allowed to settle.   

The molten beeswax is then cast into rectangular moulds.  Batch size is 1000 kgs.  Colour is uniform throughout each batch.
