Flavor description: combining the fresh with strong aroma which is slightly sweet in the taste with pungent flavor.
Method of application:
(1) 1Kg chicken wings, 200g water and 30g marinade (2) Combine marinade and water together and mix well. Place chicken wings in a large resealable bag. Pour marinade over top. Transfer to refrigerate for 2 to 5 hours. (3) Remove the chicken wings, roll in the wrapped powder (4) Heat the oil in a large fry pan or deep fryer to 165 degrees C. Fry chicken wings in oil until done, about 5 minutes. Remove chicken from fry pan or deep fryer and drain on paper towels.
