The quality of Potato Starch production line can affect all process stages, from the delivery and unloading of the raw product, to the potato cleaning and rasping, to juice separation; then to starch extraction, starch milk refining and dewatering and up to starch drying.
POTATO STARCH PRODUCTION LINE is a professional equipment which can extract starch very well. Once the Potatoes have been broken up and the sand removed, the fruit water is separated by a decanter. The starch is then extracted followed by washing. The washing line consists of 3-phase nozzle separators in three stages working on the counter-current principle, fresh water only having to be supplied to the last stage.
Because of the potato starch production line, the raw materials are potatoes suitable for production of food grade starch, its composition as follows: the minimum ratio of dry matter to the total weight should be 22.5%; the smallest proportion of the starch content in total weight should be 16%; the largest proportion of the protein content of the total weight should be 2.7%; the maximum crude fiber percentage of the total weight should be 1.9%; the largest proportion of the ash to the total weight should be 1.2%.
