Now we have two producing line ,one of them is for food grade sodium algiante, another is for industry grade.
Food grade sodium alginate as its excellent properties ,has fuctions of stabilization ,hydration ,thikening and emulsification .is applied in cosmetic industries,bakery ,ham produce companies,and so on .as the role like satbilizer ,emulsion ,binding agent ,thickener in juice and other Canned Food .
As its property gelation ,pudding is largely used sodium alginate as the ingredient ,for it was abstrcted from the natrural seaweed ,people can set their heart rest ,sodium alginate make food taste more delicious,because it can improve the product quality and strength of the strcture ,so made them taste improved .
Another property :thickening ,put this kind product into Ice cream ,and candy ,can improve the melting point ,so the goods will not so easily melt.,put it into milk and fruits juice ,the juice and milk can be not so easy to be divided into different layer.
Binding agents in meat food
Another industry grade sodium alginate now is usually used as active dyeing auxiliaries,sodium alginate can improve the brightness and strength of the yarn ,during the cloth weaving,the yarn will be hardly losing its starch and no fuzzy , the surface of the finished clorh is smooth and the cloth is easily to wash .
