RODUCT DESCRIPTION
Ice cream Stabilizer is a compound ingredient including food emulsifiers and stabilizers. All the ingredients are based on raw materials of non-animal origin. It provides excellent emulsification, high overrun, strong creamy mouthfeel and excellent flavor release, full body, chewy texture, excellent heat-shock stability and shape retention, optimal processing tolerance.

USAGE INFORMATION: The dosage is 0.6%
Mix them well with 2 times sugar, throw them into the ingredients cylinder which the temperature is less than 45ºC, and mix them even, heat to 85ºC, and then, cool it to 75ºC and homogenize then, put them into the aging cylinder for 2-3 hours, then, adjust the color and odor.
