Cloves stems are collected from farm collectors, which are not processed.

Most of the Cloves stems received will be with stones, cigerette buds, sandles, all kind branches and many others which makes a long list.

 

We have strip off every bag and sort individually the quality of stems.

 

Our processing is as follows:

 

• Once received from farm collectors, we will strip off each and every bags and sort out the unwanted materials with our workers
• After, we  pass them through kibbling machine and cut them in 2-3 cm,
• It is then pass through a blower to remove the dust and light materials.
• While it is coming through the blower, it is checked the second time for any foreign matters.
• Cloves stems are packed in single PP bags x 50kgs in each bag
• When packed in 50kgs we can load 11.5 mts into 20ft container.

 

It is our interest to see that our buyer gets a better margin with our quality stems and benefit from the quantities which can be loaded into each container. The more quantity means less import charges.

 

Word of caution- please  note that, there are  many exporters, who are mixing oil extracted stems, and offering lower prices.
