Product Applications:

Use it in soups, Sauces or any food where you want to increase beefy, marrow like flavors. We suggest a starting point of use

at 0.5 to 3% of the formula.

Beef fat is produced by gently heating fresh beef to release its fat. It is refined, deodorized and bleached before quickly

freezing to retain the highest level of flavor and stability. No preservatives have been added to extend its shelf life.

Storage Conditions and Shelf Life:

Keep frozen for best stability. Beef fat will be stable for 6 months when kept at refrigerated (40° F) temperatures.

It is stable for 15 months when frozen.
