Question 1. What is the purchasing flow?
Answer: 1. select your favorite items -->2. negotiate and confirm quantity, product cost and shipping cost -->3. pay deposit -->4. confirm design and process for production -->5. check finished items -->6. deliver items as requested.
Question 2. Can I have custom design with company logo printings?
Answer: Yes, you can. We collect a team of professional designers and are able to design the items as requested. Of course, we always confirm the design before production, so you will surely get what you want for actual use.
Question 4. What kind of payment do you accept? Why not escrow?
Answer: We prefer T/T, West Union, Paypal and other payment terms. For order < US$5000, we prefer full payment. Most often the case, customer does not choose ESCROW because of the limited maximum payment of US$10000 and the 5% charge fee is high.
Question 5. How long will it take to produce these items?
Answer: It all depends, large quantity will need more time. We will get start with the design once received the deposit. After the design is confirmed, we will arrange the production. Usually, the production will take about 1-3 weeks.(Exception for urgent order)
Question 6. How long will it take for the delivery?
Answer: By express and air will take about 7 days, while by sea will takes about 35 days.
Question 7. Are you a manufacturer or a trading company? Does your company pass any certificates?
Answer: We are a manufacturer with more than 14 years experience. We are the first certified by BV and TUV. Also, we have CE, EN14960, SGS, ASTM, UL, ROHS and other certificates.
Question 8. Do you offer accessories like blowers/pumps, repair kits?
Answer: Yes, each order is equiped with enough CE/UL blowers/pumps(according to the electric system in your country) and repair kits.
Question 9. Can I check the tent before delivery?
Answer: Yes, once the production finished, we will send you the pictures. Or you can come and make a check.
