Strong fermentation : ≥ 1200ml/h (low sugar)

                                                        ≥ 1800ml/h (high sugar)

Low sugar is suitable for flour dough (sugar content :0-7%)

High sugar is especially fit for bakery products with sugar content (more then 7%-18%) ,and high    oil content like sweet bread, toasts, rolls
