Production description: Only fresh, healthy, properly ripe and clean fruit without stems or stones is used for production. A metal detector is used in addition to the freezing process.
Appearance: Free flowing, no damages caused by disease or insect attacks.
Color: Snow white
Flavor: Typical of the fruit, without foreign flavor
Texture: Firm, smooth surface, no frost, well frozen, intact dice and uniform in size
