Specifications For IQF raspberries Grade A
1.General description:
100% IQF frozen raspberries which are produced from sound, ripe, not fermented
raspberries free from mould. The product is produced according good
manufacturing procedure and is metal detected.
2.General requirments:
The fruits have to be free from preservatives and other additives according the
stipulation stated in the Europe Food regularlation.
3. Parameters of aproval:

size: over 5mm, min 90% fruits are whole not broken.

taste and flavour: typical sound, ripe raspberry

5. Packing
As agreed by contract. Normal packaging are 2.5kgx4/ctn with inner polybag.

7. Transport
Clean suitable car/container at - 18a??
The stowage of the goods may not cause any damage on the goods or packaging.
Sufficient cold air circulation in the car/container is guaranteed under any
circumstances.
