Isolate soy protein (ISP)
As for ISP, we have four kinds. YX2000/YX2001 is used for sausage and meat products. The only difference is that YX2001 is added soy lecithin and non dusty.
YX6000 is used for solid beverage and nutritional protein powder.
YX7000 is used for dairy products and lactic acid beverage.
