Original white Wine from Chianti zone, located in Vinci country ( Tuscany Region ), Italy.
White Wine luggiano I.G.T. from the famous Vinci country, small area elevated at 150m on sea level in the heart of Tuscany.
This Tuscany White Wine I.G.T. is produced with Grapes variety : Predominantly Trebbiano with changeable additions to White Malvasia Grapes .
Winemaking's method : T he must (immediately separated from the peels) is fermented in tanks of stainless at 16-18°.
Afterwards the wine is refi ned in a tank of stainless with recurrent decanting during the periode of maturation that lasts 6-8 months accompanied by the aging for 1-2 months in the bott, before the commerce.
Alcohol content in the Wine 12.4 % vol.
Nose : S traw-yellow with intense floral perfumes and note of ripe fruits. The taste is light, fresch and vivid.
Gastronomy : T his wine is consumed with first courses and fi sh dishes but it’s also very good as an aperitif .
